    Pros

    1. Ethics is the core value when it comes to people or business
    2. Quality of work is given the highest priority
    3. Safety programs (Beyond Zero) is driven throughout with various floor talks, programs, and educational videos. Safety is a necessity.
    4. Moto of every Project is to fulfill Client expectations; not only satisfy their technical needs but to be proactive and delight them, thereby retaining their faith and comfort in Jacobs

    Cons

    1. Worksharing. Stagnant type of work.
    2. Basic Salary needs to be considered while yearly increments. They are not touched.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the employees happy with the sharing of profits also.
    One should not expect that only good treatment can help employees stay loyal to a company.

    Don't expect employees to work overtime without paying them. They are not your father's slaves. And don't harass them on phone while they are on leave.
