Pros
- Tips were decent given the regularity of customers - Good standard of food and beverage - Nice atmosphere - Solid to come back to if you disappear travelling/uni etc.
Cons
- Hours varied significantly, so it was difficult to gain a consistent income even if you've specified a desired/needed shift pattern/amount of hours. - Due to the ever-changing rules and strings of announcements, it could make managing shifts that are staffed with younger part-timers challenging. - Communication was not effectively passed on.
