      Pros

      I have joined in Jazp.com as Data entry executive 1.5 years back, Now I work as Assistant Team lead sales. I considered this as great achievement and how my company values my hard work and give me a big responsibilities trusting me in a very short time.

      Cons

      We are getting enough paid leave in an year. In most of the since I'm in my native I rarely take leaves. But there no carry forward or reimbursement of the paid leaves not taken.

      There's is no pros no advantage work there that experience can't be used further

      They are many cons very bad atmosphere full of pressure they treat employees as slave and higher management will be enjoying by allocating all works to employees
