The job is simple if you’ve done a case management before. Flexible schedule after 3 months if all billables and requirements are met consistently.
Cons
Management is not clinically trained. Not well-versed in case management practices. Runs more like corporate rather than a nonprofit case management/care coordination program. Weird management structure. No benefits, no health insurance.
