Pros
Fully remote with team members scattered across the globe; excellent cooperation with everybody; really dedicated team and visionary management; fair compensation and perks.
Cons
Working fully remote comes with its own cons - sometimes you want an office to come to for live meetings and information exchange. However this is somewhat mitigated with free passes to co-working spaces and regular workations.

Cons
No physical office space, however, there's a possibility to use a co-working.
