Jobinja offered a generally positive experience during my time using the platform. The team I worked with was exceptional, demonstrating strong skills and a great collaborative spirit.
Cons
One notable downside was the managerial aspect. Unfortunately, the manager at that time seemed to lack some essential managerial skills, which occasionally affected the team's efficiency and communication. It's worth noting that my knowledge is based on my past experience, and I cannot provide insights into the current state of affairs at Jobinja. Overall, while there were aspects that needed improvement, the platform showed promise in connecting job seekers with valuable opportunities.
