I have been working at Juniper Networks full-time

    Pros

Balanced compensation. Workload can be more based on team but one can balance Work and life after talking to manager or by escalating too much work to upper management.

Not much of innovation now on which juniper was built. Old, legacy and common code design are blocking new innovations.

I worked at Juniper Networks full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1) Quality of work for Senior folks is good 2) Peers are knowledgeable and helpful 3) Good pay if you can negotiate well while joining

    Cons

    1) Absolutely no innovation at the company. 2) Company has no clue on how to think ahead by 4-5 years. Its always a follow-up game. 3) Pathetic senior management and middle management. They have no vision and are totally disconnected with reality and with employees. 4) No growth for employees. 5) No improvement in stock price 6) If you want your career to be mediocre, you can stick to Juniper for a long time, else, join and quit within 3 years.
