The environment here and management is toxic and wants nothing but drama They will take in the office and literally make up a bunch of false things to yell at you for. Fire people for no reason. The entire basis of raises and bonuses is based on whether the owner likes you or not and nothing to do with actual work ethic.

Owner is a narcissist with a lot of issues. Honestly unexplainable how awful it is to be in their presence especially if you aren't their golden children. They play favorites, talk about people behind their back like highschool mean girls. Terrible atmosphere and the fakeness gets OLD quick.
