Compensation Structure is extremely bad. While Hiring, they lie about their variable/bonus being good, but it is extremely low. Your year on year salary would actually decrease if you join this company. No structure and no growth path. Policies are not employee friendly. Since, it is GCC ( Global capability center), no good work gets driven from India office. India office is essentially the support function for Aus Team. Employees actually get exploited here. Leadership team is extremely bad here. Strongly recommend not to join this company. You should join only if you don't care about your career. Honestly, feels like I have wasted 2 years of my life in this company
