Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, excellent healthcare, 401(k) matching, wellness programs, and other perks (e.g., learning stipends, remote setup budgets). Innovation-Driven: Cutting-edge tools, a fail-fast mindset, and a team that embraces creativity. You’re encouraged to bring ideas to the table—and they actually listen.
Cons
Honestly, very few. The company is growing fast, so sometimes things move quickly or shift directions—but leadership communicates changes clearly and keeps teams aligned.

Pros
Good learning experience as there are many projects. A lot of young people are friendly and have events/meet-ups regularly.
Cons
Very low salary for the work that is being done. They run on an 8:30 hr per day rule meaning you will have to do work 8:30 hrs a day without a time range, if there is no work for 1hr in between it’s not counted so the working time becomes like 12hr+ in some cases. Even when they call on weekends they expect you to cancel all your plans for the work ( suppose 2 hrs) and they don’t even give 1 day or half day as compensation off -they just give those 2 hrs. Also, they run a program saying free house if you work 5 years for key employees which sounds like a scam due to the terms and conditions of the word -“key employee”, no other benefits provided.
