1. They don't pay salaries, if you want to work without salaries then you can join
2. Office staff and higher authorities all are very rude and commercial
3. They treat faculty like slaves
4. No circulars and no intimations even for holidays and normal leaves.
5. Students are very rude they don't listen to you ven if your are capable of teaching
