      Pros

      The people there are incredibly supportive and understanding, and I've been exposed to so much that has definitely contributed to my education as an architect.

      Cons

      The project managers often feel overwhelmed with work, it feels as though their roles are overburdened, and instead should have their priorities shifted, and certain roles given to lower staff.

      Pros

      Great for beginners and learning a lot each day. Got to see projects through to completion, beginning with kick off meetings/test-fit phases and ending with punch lists.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely horrific, completely contradicting rules when came to handling the pandemic, no consistency on how employees are treated, CEO barely respects employees enough and expects them all to bow down to him. no pay increase or bonuses for 2 years during the pandemic and there was an expectation that all employees were to thank leadership for taking pay cuts. No legitimate HR department which causes an issue especially when dealing with the pandemic and keeping everyone's medical information personal and private.
