      Pros

      Not just saying this because I am in HR, but genuinely is a super fun environment, no hierarchical barriers between everyone, and loads of team work apparent all over.

      Cons

      Fast growing organization so systems and practices are yet to be entirely streamlined - but this is where the fun lies, in streamlining the new things.

      Supportive team offers valuable learning opportunities, but workload is tough

      I have a lot to learn, and the staff here are very supportive and helpful. Working with the team gives me a great opportunity to improve my skills and gain valuable experience.

      Cons

      One downside is that the workload can sometimes be challenging, and there is still a lot to learn in a short time
