Pros
Very friendly and dedicated people and atmosphere. When things work well it's great. Great work flexibility, can work from anywhere and not tied to 9-5.
Cons
Compensation and pension contribuitons could be better. Siloed teams, especially on the infra side. Lack of control and ownership over the whole pipeline. Feels like hands are tied behind the back at times.
