Untrustworthy broker/owner. He tells you one thing and rarely follows through. Make sure to get everything in writing. Don't ask for a raise. If you do, be prepared for the owner to laugh at you and steadily put you down. Very little support from your broker when you are a new agent. He will also tell you he will pay you for open houses. He did not pay me for any of them.
