Small company and customers who really like when you do it right the first time. Company provided work van and big tools like key cutters and blanks. Good matching on 401 K, planned Events, Nice people working there
Cons
Have to provide all hand tools, some pin kits, special tools, power tools, On call for two at a time every two weeks, not paid unless you take a call No raise for almost six years, had to do own review and was reviewed only twice Was guaranteed 40 hours a week when hired then after three years was told if there was no work I would not be paid and sent home. Controller person was very hard to get along with. Management does not realize the first rate service you are providing and eliminated the locksmith program. They were making tons of money now they subbed it out to there friend.
