Management cheats to their wifes with girls in the office, even at office events when drunk, and it makes the environment quite uncomfortable. Not the type of place that values skills and talent, I have constantly seen the best people leave just because they outskill and make principals feel insecure. You are valued based on ethnicity and nationality first. Well known among staff to be a racits office with people from India or other nationalities having to work four times as much as someone from Europeto get the same recognition. Some of the principals, when they see someone is good and talented, they will target them and pull them down instead of uplifting them. The office does not offer growth opportunities based on knowledge, skills or talent. Growth comes through politics and time in the company. Toxic environment. Depends who you work with, some of the principals are known to be extremely mean and insult and create a lot of streess to staff for no reason.
