No rude coworker in the team Good place to get experience if none available previously
Cons
They will try to trick you into working full-time without a contract as long as they possibly can so you will have to physically keep chasing them for the full time contract, which they will keep procrastinating until they finally give it to you. Until then, you will get paid by the hour for full-time hours. Not a place to settle for a full time role
