      Supportive colleagues but management lacks integrity

      Pros

      A litte bit challenging that can improve your skills especially your communication skill. The environment quite fun and colleague is so supportive and funny.

      Cons

      If u would like to have management that will take back your basic salary suddenly with the reason “changing plan” and will cut all the allowance from your basic salary instead of basic salary + allowance, u can work here. HR and general manager will always try to take anything they can take from their staff and manipulate their staff saying that it’s their fault all of this happen.

      Training provided, good team support. Can plan salary because high sales, high income

      Cons

      Commission based, unstable income every month need to hit certain KPI. 2 months hit target then can be permanent but need to maintain sales performance

      Cons

      Mentor quality is inconsistent, and management provides limited space for genuine creativity. Rigid systems are imposed, some appearing to rely on generic, unadapted frameworks. Management is also not very open to discussion or feedback, often promoting a single method based on past success in another market, which may not align well with the local context.
