Pros
Only a few of the local employees are highly skilled and great.
Cons
The current management destroyed the company's at-home work environment. HR/president treats each employee and case differently and added non-sense policies that most employees were disappointed with and a lot of hard working high quality employees (1/2 of the office) left within 2 years.
