Hire and fire policy. No job stability. No mental peace. Bad team mates. Toxic environment. Unnecessary hierarchy. Top management treats employees very badly and yelling, shouting, scolding in front of everyone. Employees are fired without any reasons. Don't fall for the nice people in the interview process. Reality is very different. Too much internal politics. No work life balance. Engineering folk work for more than 12 hours a day and on weekends and no comp off too. No clarity on esops. Pathetic work culture. No additional benifits. Don't waste time by joining such unprofessional company.

This company tech team is literally 5 members, don't know how long it's gonna last. No vision, hire and fire policy Worst management you can ever expect. Lots of gossip and internal politics within team members. They ll fire you with in one day, for no concrete reason.
