As the reviews state, the work environment is extremely toxic. Employees talk poorly about one another, they are not committed to helping you succeed. There is zero company culture. Disorganized and dishonest company.

LA Libations is a scam. They’re dishonest, manipulative, and take complete advantage of their employees. I worked there full time for 3 years and my mental health has never been worse, still to this day I’m healing from the effects of burnout and toxic management. The founders only care about celebrities and appearing as though they’re a part of that world, which they certainly are not. The brands that use their marketing agency or beverage incubator do not receive fair, quality work and end up worse off than when they hired LAL for their services. I’ve watched this company bleed their employees dry, protect abusers and give employees no support or rights.
