Cons
The work environment is not built for people who need social interactions or for those who classify themselves as a "social butterflies." I was not paid fairly for the education level I have received (bachelors). I could make more money flipping burgers than working for this company. My experience with the upper management was a sour one. They never took my ideas or expertise seriously. I received little to no direction when it came to getting projects done. It was incredibly frustrating to work with a "team lead" who never gave direction. I was always the last one to know any information about company, products, or policy. I was consistently left out of team meetings. So THAT was cool. The work culture was very misleading when I was interviewing and first hired on with the company. I was very unimpressed with how communication and treatment of departments were handled. There was too much drama and gossip from the upper management down to the rest of the company. I didn't like hearing negative comments of opinions from a "leader" about others I worked with.
