Pros
1. Nice staff (mostly). 2. Free training. 3. Decent bonus scheme.
Cons
1. The business is like one big family. As in the parents (bosses) will emotionally blackmail you whenever you prioritise yourself over corporate slavery. 2. You WILL get yelled at when you decide to leave because the boss just cannot fathom that there are better opportunities for you out there. You will be labeled as selfish and ungrateful. 3. There is no HR department. Don’t expect anyone to have your back when con number 2 happens to you. 4. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because not all of the big bosses are terrible.
