Pros
The resort is located in the NEOM area, which is still under development and considered a remote destination. While its full tourism potential will emerge in the next 5 to 8 years, managing the opening as a Resort General Manager here has been a unique and rewarding challenge. Setting up hotel and resort standards from scratch in such an environment allowed me to put my experience into practice at the highest level developing solutions, building systems, and ensuring the property was fully operational within its first year. I’m proud of the results we achieved under these conditions. Leading in such a demanding location not only sharpened my problem solving and leadership skills but also added real value to my professional journey, proving that I can deliver strong outcomes even in the most complex and challenging settings.
