Thanks for sharing your feedback. The markets for technology services and banking in 2022/2023 have been challenging across the board. We are proud to say that we weathered the storm - layoffs have impacted less than 10% of our workforce, and we always ensure that each person is looked after on exit. We're glad you were able to enjoy your short-term projects!

Pros

- work, work and work - work with some technically good & nice people

Cons

Poor hikes, earlier it was better but you can't keep on giving same hikes all the years biased yearly reviews and undue favor to some for no reason, seen lots of dry promotions, too many working days, feeling fed up now no sick leaves(you are sick if you are admitted to hospital only), no WFH if you need it but if they are in trouble please do WFH poor bonus payout- getting same amount for so many years - not at all considering the several money depreciating factors company hiring new people at much better packages and paying very poor to existing people but taking more work from them, lots of non transparent policies has come up with new management not allowed to book interview hours in working hours and have assumption that if you want to grow in organization then you should work late and even without logging the hours in click time, 360 feedback is only for some employee

Thanks for sharing your perspective. The market in 2021 has been unprecedented, and we look to retain and keep great people along with hiring new joiners by competitive salary, great culture and learning opportunities like Pluralsight. We encourage anyone who feels this way to chat with their trained and qualified People Manager. We wish you all the best with your next role.

Pros

Work from home but no job security

Cons

Poor management. No projects. No job guarantee. No severance package. No respect to employees. They make you to resign yourself. The HR calls, and forces you to send resignation before the call ends - otherwise they will terminate your employment and not give you a relieving letter. The leadership has no idea about the company's direction. I made the mistake of not paying too much heed to the negative Glassdoor reviews - I hope no one else makes the same mistake.
