Pros

There are some really good people in Laiye (being let down by leadership) Mindsay acquisition.

Cons

It's a Chinese company, run out of China, with Chinese ways of working internationally too. They run the business by data, and micro manage accordingly. Make of that what you will. Laiye were successful in China, but have been unable to replicate that success elsewhere so far. Different markets require different approaches?. I fear they have missed the boat in defining a new market segment, and at the same time the technology is playing catch up when compared to BoB vendors. The Mindsay chatbot acquisition was something done out of necessity to support multi-language because of the difficulties supporting it with the Laiye Chatbot, but has done well in the short term despite not being integrated into overall platform.
