Pros

Everyone BUT the owner, customer service is good. Owner is awful! Read other comments.

Cons

Expect to be sexually harrassed. Because he pays you, he feels entitled.

Pros

This could be a decent place to work if it weren't for the owner.

Cons

Full out temper tantrums by the owner. Talks to both employees and customers as if they're nothing. Compliments after a series of over the top, inappropriate insults. Completely misogynistic. Hateful speech based on race and sexual orientation. Asks questions to open the door to berate you. Likes to put people on salary to prevent overtime, yet docks by the hour. No vacation, no benefits. Owner is furious if you cannot anticipate his schedule and needs the moment he decides needs them, even though he clearly knows these things ahead of time. Working here literally made me ill. Sick to my stomach on my morning commute and headaches nearly everyday from the anticipation of the owner flying off the handle.

There were no benefits or pros for this position, or for this company.

Cons

This company is awful to work for. The owner is obnoxious, sexist, racist and violent. Puts down his employees, consistently comments on female employees bodies and makes advances. Doesn't pay what is promised because they don't seem to afford to be able to. Should have been out of business a long time ago.
