Pros
only offer a basic health insurance. Salaries are low comparing to companies in the area. They offer a small equity to offset the low salary. Unfortunately, it isn’t sufficient due to area high cost of living.
Cons
Leadership has no respect for their employees. Expect to be yelled at even if you didn’t receive any prior training and still new at the job.They want you to be available to work at any time including nights and holidays. No room for growth. Extremely disorganized but calls it the startup life.
