      There is a big staff pantry.

      Pros

      Good big pantry for staff to eat lunch. Among all the companies I worked for, Lead8 has the largest area for staff to eat lunch. 2 Fridges with drinks. 4 Microwaves to heat up lunch. Snacks and fruits for staff.

      Cons

      Snacks.. especially the chocolates do run out sometimes, maybe put out a bit more.

      Can learn a lot as a junior. Friendly colleagues and great teamwork.

      Cons

      Long working hours without compensation. Heavy workload. The team Director has a horrible manner. Low paid.
