Flexible schedule Free food Good office location. Good people
Cons
Do not work here if you are a woman. It is a boys club. There is a big communication problem throughout the entire organization Very high turnover rate and the majority of employees have quit due to leadership's lack of appreciation for the hard work put in. Ironically enough for a company that provides perks for its clients there aren't any perks for LeanBox employees outside of free food from the leanbox kiosk. There is no culture or "team" environment whatsoever.
