Too many cons to list , it ll take me weeks - Some of the upper management is doing heavy drugs , alot of illegal job tasks , plumbing ,electricity , painting and other tasks - Management doesnt care about employees in the long term and willing to let go anyone at any point - Hidden racism and discrimination -Unstable environment -Benefits change often - Low salary - Lots of illegal tasks and if you get hurt they ll try to ask you not to report to CSST or try to eliminate you if you get health issues - Verbal abuse , maintenance supervisior has drug problem so tends to vent on his employees . - They ll make you do overtime and if you dont they ll give you the worst tasks after . - Most of the upper management have 0 respect towards maintenance or cleaning personnel I would suggest change of the whole management , but its family based company and they wouldnt care and the owner knows most of this but closes his eyes and doesnt care as long as he makes money
