The law firm one must avoid

The firm employs more women which is a good thing

None of the partners at the firm has got a technical degree but running an Intellectual Property firm, which is a strange thing. This also explains why they don't and can't evaluate performance of employees to process their increments. They don't process salaries and increments on time and will not give any explanation as to why they delay it. They don't have anyone to train or review the work of the employees so the work quality produced at the firm is very bad. If you wish to learn, then I recommend to avoid Lexorbis.

There is no reason to work with LexOrbis because of firm’s so called Managing partner. Her micro management is working against the firm.

Cons

Firm’s hectic working hours and patent agents and lawyers are treated as paralegal
