      Honest review from an overworked and under paid Personal Trainer

      Pros

      Fast advancement in corporate environment Competitive pay, of great at sells Gym membership amenities My clients - networking Routine- healthy lifestyle Great for an early bird 🦅 living the day life “Free” learning/ highly valuable training offered by LT “Free” lead generation- all clients can afford training.

      Cons

      Draw- or back pay. Commission Job, not good for someone needing $$ right away. Took me 6 months to build my business and I sell over 5K to make under 2 K!! Illegal “required” meetings Miscommunication on pay out from sales Fast employee turn over! Not good for someone new to sales or training, you need experience to thrive here.
