Terrible quality(will do everything they can to protect themselves even at the cost of customer quality), unsafe working conditions, given promotions and responsibilities without matching compensation, forced to work unpaid overtime, 12-15 hour days are standard, front office management has no clue what goes on in the shop floor, HIGH TURNOVER RATE (they've gone through 6-8 managers in a single year with a 3 month average before resignation), IT department is nonexistent - IT "manager" is just a woman who is responsible for calling an IT consulting company, has no clue about what to do if systems go down. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR "CORE COMPANY VALUES" MANAGEMENT DOESN'T EVEN LIVE BY THEM!!!! Owner, Richard Fleet, especially doesn't live by his own company values. As soon as he doesn't like you, he treats you like garbage until you quit.
