Great management- the team respond really quickly to any queries. Teaching is rewarding. Great work life balance.
Cons
As with all freelance work there is no sick pay, no holiday pay, and no guarantee that students will sign up for lessons with you. It has all gone well for me and I have frequently have had students but there is no security that this will continue.
