Difficult management team, management lacks diversity (3 white men and 1 white woman who is the president's mother), very low pay relative to current market
Good coworkers make the job more enjoyable than it otherwise would be.

No real career growth, low pay, lack of investment in employees, no diversity in management. No HR department so management and tenured employees get away with a lot. Solid employees fired just to be replaced with cheaper recent grads.
