1. The work environment is quite good. I can see the ocean directly from my desk and enjoy the sea view just by looking up. 2. The workplace culture depends on the specific team and leader. Overall, it’s quite good, although I’ve heard that some teams have a heavy workload and occasional unnecessary overtime. However, my team is pretty decent.
Cons
1. As the economic environment worsens, the company's work culture and intensity have been increasing day by day. 2. Some leaders lack management skills, leaving all tasks to lower-level employees. Team leads fail to provide meaningful support and only add pressure.
