Pros
None. No bonus, no welfare, no benefits. Except for my high pay for a supervisor 3k plus (that's only because i fight for it as I came with experience) other than that, most supervisor I heard there pay ranges was pretty low or average only.
Cons
I am speaking from a supervisor point of view. Before I joined, I came across a review also from a supervisor point of view about how horrible the management is and can't believe now it's my turn giving an honest review. Read and believe if you want to. I joined them February 2023 as a centre supervisor. Went down to interview and I already saw the red flag of them not being professional at all during my interview from their body language etc. No benefits, no welfare, no bonus. I took up this as they able to match my high pay expectations for a supervisor which i asked for. Normally, most supervisor there earn either average or lower average. Fast forward, when I worked in this company, especially when i was there helping them with audit QS2 recently, most of the things they file in are LIES. From lunch numbers for students, training given which clearly there's no training, staff that already resigned but I was told to tell the school they never resigned but actually changed to permanent part time which is A LIE. How could you make an honest and decent person come in to the meeting room to do all this lies just TO MAKE THE COMPANY LOOKS GOOD? For audit, they gave 2 week notice yet i was only prepared few days before audit??? Do PowerPoint 1 day before audit??? Is this right and professional??? Many things I could share here but I shall make it short, if you are someone like me that likes to do things in a proper way and importantly in a clean and structured manner, then this company is not for you at all. I am now happy working in another company that only provides a high salary, good benefits with bonus, do things properly, no lying is needed to make the company look good. Once again, im saying this from a very positive supervisor point of view. Future supervisor, good luck to yall if you joined this shirty company. So many supervisor left after they joined. Don't believe, try it yourself. But again, I'm now happy with my new company management :)
