Pros

Hybrid schedule Decent Insurance Alright pay

Cons

You are expected to control things you cannot control (freight theft, carrier tardiness) Expect carriers to lower rates only because Loadsmith took a rate cut even if market is at rock bottom. Undersell themselves for freight. Leadership NOT in the same page Things change QUICK Told one thing, expect a different result. Nepotism No room for growth unless you are best friends with management. All executives are best friends coming from the same company. Newly hired managers/executives are friends with CEO/COO. Micromanagement Loyalty means nothing to leadership. COO emotionally immature. Will SHOUT at employees.

Pros

-Decent salary, could be better -Decent insurance after 30 days

Cons

-Nepotism, key leaders previously worked together at a large trucking company. -No HR department -401k after 12 months - Must be a "good old boy" to be heard or to matter. -Leadership team not on the same page. -Poor communication and a lack of internal policies. -Very young company with growing pains. Falling behind in employee development and happiness.
