1. The product team is very competent. 2. Every employee is respected and your inputs are considered irrespective of your seniority. 3. People who perform well are given great things to work on and a chance to enhance their skills 4. Agile is followed judiciously 5. Flexible working hours and leave policy given that you deliver. 5. Overall energy level of company is great and people are dedicated to deliver a good product.
Cons
1. Sometimes work load can be too much. 2. Planning/Estimation of work is inaccurate at times 3. At the time of covid company didn't give yearly bonus which is part of legal contract and fired a few people at a short notice which raises concerns about the company's integrity
