      1. Very competitive compensation 2. No micromanagement 3. Flexible working hours 4. Startup like environment, ample opportunities to learn

      1. Communication channels need to be more robust. 2. Employees should get more training and regular upskilling opportunities. 3. Organization needs to have a more open and collaborative culture and not work in information silos.
