Very poor process engineering for each department. Frequent deadlines with unrealistic expectations. Overload of work while colleagues are away in vacation (not recognized by management)
Freedom, they trust you to do the job, no micromanaging, good general conditions, a lot of products to offer, a lot of opportunities, reputation is good and known, teammates you can trust, longer you stay bigger the reward
Cons
No coherence, disorganized, a lot of products and expectations with no information, people leave on sick leave or to a new job, too much work for not enough money, lack of good technology and basic to poor equipment they give you.
In a beautiful neighborhood, nice coworkers, office space is bright and open, and talented editors/producers

Pay was subpar, not much room for growth, they let people go without notice, management was disorganized/dysfunctional, and the president/some partners don't really care about the employees
