The employer has no empathy for his/her employees and treats them in the worst manner. The company doesn't have a proper management,HR policies, performance review system,appraisals, appreciation and nothing as any good employer provides for their employee welfare. The whole organization works in a manner where employees are hired and have to work remotely with the same salary they were offered at the time of hiring. Employees are being fooled by their fake verbal promises regarding onsite and salary hikes but their micromanagement which is confined to 2/3 people never keeps their promises and never do any good for other employees.They will never give proper feedbacks instead they will humiliate us whenever we ask for salary hikes/ performance review. They have worst work shift management, as they don't have enough people to share the work load in each shifts and due to that reason it's difficult to take emergency leaves/ sick leaves. Overall one will have a worse time working with them as they have no employee management standards as we see or experience in any other good organisations.

Highly toxic work environment, Lots of office politics, highly ungrateful boss, No HR.
