Too many to list but compensation, benefits, HR leaders, CEO, other executive leaders, lack of diversity to list a few...avoid this place like COVID

One of the worst places to look for a long-term career. Senior management will tell you what you want to hear about career growth, promotions, teamwork, and supporting employees, but don’t expect their actions to match their words. Employees are valued only as long as they are useful, and once they are not, they can be quickly replaced or let go. The company constantly promotes how much it cares about its people, but my experience showed the exact opposite. The culture and values advertised by leadership did not align with reality.
