Pros
Decent pay and benefits with the chance of a good yearly bonus. Not all upper management are bad but will show resistance if you attempt to lodge a complaint against their peers.
Cons
The bonus will be held over your head, used to encourage unreasonable overtime hours. Incompetent upper management leading to said unreasonable hours Upper management nurture a "Us vs Them" mentality, covering one and others backs while ganging up on employees who report failings or unfair treatment with regards to other Directors.
