Bad Management.

Pros

There used to be some decent people working there. Most weekends off. Big car park.

Cons

Very badly ran company. The organizational side of the company is a joke - nobody seems to know what is going on. The accounts department pay overtime and expenses if they feel like it.. Travel time is never taken into consideration when planning jobs. They try to get the engineers to sell old parts as new. There was still no company pension when I left even though the MD had said there was one 2 years earlier when I started. Massive turnover of staff. Very little product training.

Pros

There is not much call to work weekends although you are expected to work OT through the week. There are still a couple of decent engineers left.

Cons

The company is unbelievably badly ran. Non of the engineers know where they are working from one day to the next. Most months the wages are wrong. There is a ridiculous turn over of staff and at the moment we are really struggling to get staff.
