      Pros

      None there is no advantage to working here.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and provides little to no guidance. Work-life balance is nonexistent, with unrealistic deadlines and constant “urgent” requests. Promotions are rare and usually based on politics rather than merit. Communication between departments is terrible, which creates confusion and rework.

      Pros

      Wonderful work environment. Very rewarding, especially when a project was completed. Always interesting and a lot of new(FUN) experiences. Great healthcare and benefits.
