Pros
If you’re looking to learn/explore, MYn could perhaps give you a good jump start. Lavish parties/stays/events. Good quality laptop for use (Used MacBook Air). New iPhone if you’re lucky. Decent stationary material etc. Free accommodation/food for few months, health insurance during Covid. Work-life balance.
Cons
Late salary every month via 3rd party payroll. Don’t expect your Variable Pay, reimbursements etc (“The company isn’t making any revenue,” HR verbatim). Expect work outside of your job profile. Job title/job role/responsibilities will keep on changing internally (Nothing in writing officially) based on business requirement. Expect to get promoted suddenly (Without any increment in salary) (Nothing in writing officially). Then, do more work for less money. Understood? Toxic/hostile/discriminatory culture/disrespectful treatment (Manipulation/lies/threats/gaslighting). Lacks organisational structure. Average working condition at the time (Fully functioning AC? No). Average office amenities (Tea/coffee could be better). Poor employment documentation. High attrition rate. Low salary hike. Employees don’t feel seen or heard. They aren’t truly valued for what they bring to the table. HR/superiors/and others concerned shamelessly ignore emails pertaining to pending payments.
