      Offer good pay at start only

      Cons

      Unprofessional and poor leadership. No strategy and plan. Extremely toxic environment. They can change pay or fire you anytime if you disagree with them. No team building events. HR never listen or reply any question. Treat employee like slave. No internal communication tool. Health insurance is for name sake, you will never get any claim. For everything you need to pay from your pocket. They take undertaking for hardware and for small scratch they ask you to play full cost of hardware.

      Pros

      People are supportive, right from company owner will contact you in case of any issue. For Pega it is best and has very good amount of pega projects as well as Robotics projects. really its a nice company

      Cons

      Mostly you will be sitting at client side. Company shoould have proper portal for managing all the stuff like Salaries, PF, Leaves. Which is addeed recently.
